Hyperlink / Mailto problem

I am trying to create a hyperlink so that when clicked it creates an email using data from individual cells in a spreadsheet.

I found a formula online and can't seem to get it to work for me! Can anyone help?

=HYPERLINK("[EMAIL="%22&I2&%22CC=%22&I2&%22&subject=%22&C2&%22&body=%22&E2&%22%0A%22&F2&%22%0A%22&G2"]mailto:"&I2&"CC="&I2&"&subject="&C2&"&body="&E2&"%0A"&F2&"%0A"&G2[/EMAIL], "Email")

When I put this formula in it just opens my email program (Lotus Notes) and puts the following in the "to:" field: me@somewhere.com CC=you@somewhere.com&subject=Test Subject&body=

Where am I going wrong??? Driving me mad!!!

Try putting a question mark before CC. Examples here:

I added that "?" and it has sorted out the problem partially, I have the correct To, CC and Subject lines however the body of my email is still blank, im guessing it means I need another "?" somewhere but I can't figure out where?
