There is a hyperlink formula on each row in column AD. How can I get a macro to go to column AD of the active row and open the link but do it in such a way that it can load any link from an active row?

Code:
    ActiveCell.Offset(0, 8).Range("A1").Select
    Workbooks.Open Filename:= _
        "\\share\shop\WO 1234.xlsm"
    ActiveWindow.Visible = False
    Windows("WO 1234.xlsm").Visible = True

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
