Hyperlink problem

I have a huge list of items which are catagorized under subject headings. These headings are connected to an index via hyperlinks. I am constantly adding things to the list which moves the headings about in order to make space, but the links will point to their old positions. Is there a way that I can attache links that move with their headings?

Try to use Name Box to give each of your headings cell a name and then use your hyperlink to link to that name.
