Hyperlink - remove cell reference on large number of hyperlinks

Hi,

I have a long list of entries in column A which I've hyperlinked to various different cells in various different tabs, all within the same worksheet. Is there anyway I can remove the specific cell references within this list in one go? Essentially I want the hyperlinks to remain but instead of referencing specific cells (I've since realised these cell references I've added will become invalid if the data is sorted etc.) I want to just link to the entire tabs.
