Hiya Board,

I have a hyperlink on on sheet A in workbook 1
....the hyperlink takes you to workbook 2

There are 10 sheets in workbook 2 (1 - 10)

I want the hyperlink to always go to sheet 1 when it opens the workbook,

How do I achieve this?

I have also tried using a command button instead of a hyperlink

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open ()

Worksheets ("1").Activate

End Sub

I know I am making a silly mistake somewhere!

Any help would be appreciated,

Kind Regards
Ben.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.

In Excel 2002 on the Insert Hyperlink dialog, click on Bookmark or the 'Place in this Document' link button on the left and select the sheet.

In Excel 97, first browse for the workbook, then click on the second browse button to choose the sheet.

Not sure about Excel 2000...
