Hyperlinking Cells to Corresponding PDFs

Hi. I have a spreadsheet with a column for item numbers. I want to link those cells to a folder with corresponding pdfs. Do you all know of a way to do this quickly since I have several hundred cells? Thanks in advance for any help.
