Hyperlinking Data

I have 2 worksheets in one workbook.

I want to be able to link one cell of one sheet to data in the other sheet. For example...

My 2 worksheets are Addresses and Phone Numbers. I have one worksheet with Joe's name in Column A and then his address in column B. On the 2nd worksheet, I have Joe's name in column A and his phone number in column B. I want to be able to click Joe's name on the Address page and it hyperlink me to Joe's name on the Phone Number page.

The normal hyperlink option only takes me to the referenced cell so that if I sort the data in the Phone Numbers worksheet, the link takes me to the same cell instead of following Joe's name to a new cell that the data is now after the data sort.

Can anyone help me with linking the data instead of the cell? Thanks!

How about something like
Code:
=hyperlink("#Phone_Number_Page!A"&match("Joe",Phone_Number_Page!A:A,0),"Joe")

Better, so you can simply enter a single formula and copy down: add a new column on your first sheet between A and B, and enter the following formula in cell B1
Code:
=hyperlink("#Phone_Number_Page!A"&match(a1,Phone_Number_Page!A:A,0),a1)
and copy down... then Hide column A.
