I Feel Stupid Asking this question. (Copy an entire page of a sheet onto the SAME sheet, without having to manually update forumlas)

I am grateful for the help I have received in my vlookup issue, but am now left with a new problem....

I have created the following sheet:

and want to copy it to a new page on the same sheet....without having to manually update every formula (that would take FOREVER).
I have been able to figure out how to copy an entire sheet to a new sheet, but i am trying to put the exact same data on the exact same sheet,
just a page lower. I have not found a simple way of doing this that won't take a very long time to manually adjust each formula to the new cell references.
Can anyone please make a suggestion? Thanks so much.

I haven't actually used your provided data, but that seems like a no-brainer. Those formulas are not even anchored, and even if they were, copying the cells down would work just fine. I'm not sure why you can't copy those without issues.

Seems simple to me.....Highlight rows 1 to 39>>Copy>>select the new location you want paste in>>>Paste

I thought the same... until i tried it. The formulas copied, but exvery cell with a formula resulted in a #REF in the pasted cells.

#REF error is the message Excel displays when a formula references a cell that no longer exists, usually caused by deleting cells that a formula is referring to.
SO, did you copy rows as I mentioned OR did you select the range of data and move it left or right before pasting ??

@Jingles3X Can you provide a larger portion of your data?

Your formulas indicate values from the AQ column, but the data you provided only goes to the AI column.
