Hi all,

I have a forecast file for work that contains 35 days of data, which then switches into 52 weeks worth of data. This is pulled into and collated on a pivot table.

The data after 13 weeks is for guidance and I want to turn it into monthly numbers, which will also help when working on the spreadsheet as there will be fewer columns.

I have a couple of queries:

1) how do I convert the data after 13 weeks to show in monthly totals
2) how do I avoid a problem when the 13 weeks of data splits a month? i.e. 2 weeks of the data covers the first 2 weeks in July, but I want the rest of the month and August onwards to show monthly data

Any help would be greatly appreciated
