I Have One Question. please assist me.

Is it possible to have more than one password in Protecting Excel Sheet,

Why i need this is because we have a Billing Template Prepared .

In This Template on Sheet 2 is the place where countries updated the details.

Cell D6 of Sheet 2 has a dropdown(Validation) List where they can find the list of Countries. From Which each country select there country name . A button created on Sheet 2 with some VBA code. The Country should click the code as soon as the country click that button the Fee for Particular Service populates when service is selected.

The List of Services for Each Country & the Fee for that services are updated in Sheet 5 of the template which is protected & Country Cannot view this Sheet.

One Draw back in this sheet is one country can view the Fee of other country if they select the country in Cell D6 of Sheet 2.

So what i want to know is whether is it possible to protect the sheet in such a way that If Brazil Selects their country then they should be able to view only Brazils Fees & other Countries fees Should not be viewed to this country.


Please assist me on this I will be really thank ful to you.

Excel isn't secure. If you don't want users to see data then don't put it into the workbook.
Anyone with more than basic knowledge of how Excel and VB works will be able to easily see data even if it's in hidden sheets with passwords etc.

But So far we where using excel for this. The Sheets are already password Protected .

I want the Macro for the above Condition.

Please assist me if you have idea on this
