How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Welcome,

Firstly turn off CAPS LOCK, it appears you're shouting at everyone.

Secondly, look at the VLookup function, there is a lot of information in the Help File as well as searching via Google. You can create a reference table with letters and corresponding numbers

Good luck
