I have a site tracker, with different tabs, of all the sites i currently track. I have a summary tab that adds up certain completion dates for each site. I need to find a formula that will show me (on my summary sheet) how many sites i have forecasted for the week-every single week, without me having to change it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
welcome to the board.

However, how can we recommend a formula when you've not given us any specifics of sheet names, where the data is (columns & rows), what needs to be added to what, and so on.

Welcome to the Board!

You'll need to give some more details. How about an example of what you have and what you want?

Check out the link beneath my sig for how to post a shot of your sheet. ;)

I will try my best to explain. :)

I have a tracker that tracks certain milestones, the first tab in that tracker is a summary page. it adds up the number of actual dates I have. What I am looking for is a formula for my forecasted construction start dates. (in the different tabs, there is a construction start column, and under it has "forecast" and "actual." I want to be able to open my tracker on monday, and have the summary page show me how many sites i have forecasted for that week, until sunday @ midnight, when it starts calculating that week, and so on....

I hope this helps, please let me know if you need anymore information.
