I this possible? Ignore blanks in simple subtotal formula??

HI,

I have the below subtotal average formula but I I want it to exclude blanks any ideas? The range changes as I have slicer to filter various rows.

=SUBTOTAL(101,R7:R38)

Excel Facts

do you have a version of excel that allows the formula =AGGREGATE, think that is 2010 onwards
