I want formula which exect date employee retired (Comapny policy 60 years a person has retired.

=DATE(YEAR(C2)+60, MONTH(C2), DAY(D2))

Ought to give you 60 years to the birthday, assuming the DOB is in C2. You can copy this down.

Very similar to dave but not hard coding 60 in formula
Cell H1 is input of retirement age.

=DATE(YEAR(C2-1)+$H$1,MONTH(C2-1)+1,DAY(C2))
