i have workbook on it one sheet include database for items and prices for it and the prices change every 10 days and in other sheet i make sales report
that report include Vlookup formula as i enter date then code item it will give me item name
but the problem for me i want make Vlookup formula for price but when date be EXAMPLE 1/1/2013 not the price be same at 10/1/2013
so i need formula that give me price like this ( = if(10/1/2013>a3>=1/1/2013,vlookup(b3,pricetable,3,0) that when cell a3= date between 1/1/2013 to 9/1/2013
and when a3 = date between 10/1/2013 to 19/1/2013 formula be like that (=if(20/1/2013>a3>=10/1/2013,vlookup(b3,pricetable,4,0)
really i try it but not work
can you help me with excel sheet for explain
