I want to AVERAGEIFS a subset of employee types to calculate their average salary.

I want to know the average salary (column E) for employees at the company. "Employee" & "Employee Fixed Term" are categorised as employees, so I just want to average those two employee types (column J) combined.

Cell B10 should have the formula in it.
