I am designing a rating spreadsheet for an insurance product. I am asking a number of questions of which the last few relate to special extra cover.

Those last few questions are listed Yes/No answers. If the "Yes" option is chosen, I wish to make a text box show somewhere on that page showing the text that is already pre-typed into it.

In effect, I need to know how to write the following sub-routine:

If A1="Yes" then
Show Textbox1
else don't show the Textbox1

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
