Icon Set

Hi

does anyone know if it is possible to add an icon set to a series of cell based on the cell colour?

So if the Cell is Green i want an UP Arrow
If the cell is Red i want a DOWN arrow

Icon sets only work on cell values, so you would need a formula in the cell that returns a number that the icons can work from, which needs either VBA or a defined name using the XLM GET.CELL function to analyse the cell colour - assuming it is manually formatted. It would be far easier if the colours can be applied as the result of the values too.
