Icon sets

The icon sets in excel are pretty basic and boring. Is there a way to make your own or upload better looking sets from the internet?

Thanks Fluff - that works and I will be able to use it in some cases however I need to use an image of a flag and be able to change it's colour. Is their a symbol that looks like a flag or a way of uploading one?

Found it - had to change to Unicode (hex) - thanks for your help - like trying to find a needle in a haystack!!
