Identify calendar quarter of dates in a year

Office 365

Column D contains date in dd-mm-yyyy format.

Column G contains number in numerical format, for the purpose of
showing calendar quarter of dates (based on column D)
like 1 or 2 or 3 or 4.

If cell D4 contains date, 13-01-2020, I require G4 to
display 1 being 13th January falls in the first quarter of
01-01-2020 to 31-03-2020.

Similarly if D4 contains 28-05-2020, G4 to display 2
being 28th May falls in second quarter between 01-04-2020 to
30-06-2020.

Kindly advise me a formula.
