I have a list of accoutn number (4,000+) some of which are not unique. I want to highlight the account numbers that are not unique so that I can Vlookup the result.

This is the formula I'm using;

=IF(A5=A4,x,unique)

It returns #NAME?

Hello,

If you are using MS 2007 or 2010, Use the conditional formatting in home ribbon, Select highlight cell rules and then select duplicate values.
