Identify first two letters in a name

Hello, I need some help. In column A I have a set of usernames (ex. SLHOTELMAN) I need a macro to look at the first two letters in the username and find what division he belongs to and return that value to column B.

Column A
SLHOTELMAN
BOMOTELMAN

Column B
SL = Salt Lake
BO = Boise

let me know if I make since at all!!! Thanks for your help
