Identifying and Selecting Duplicate Records

I have a list of all our customers from a third party we use most of which are duplicated because they were created on our old and new systems. The customer's email address is the identifier I can use to highlight they are duplicates, as they have different customer numbers, but what I then need to do is extract a list of every duplicate record with the lower customer number as that will be the old record that I want the third party to remove from their database. Any ideas on how I can extract that list.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Sort ascending by email/number, then Remove Duplicates (select all data columns and check mark email column only).
