Identifying cell

Morning everyone,

I'm trying to write a macro to copy information from one spreadsheet to another instead of copying and pasting each cell. The problem is that the destination spreadsheet is a form which has been heavily locked down so it's missing pretty much all of the ribbon, the address bar, headers, grid etc is there any way for me to identify what cell (the reference) I'm clicking on?

Many Thanks,

Dave
