Identifying Colors

Objective: Find a specific color in the color palette given a "Pantone". For example, I'm looking for a Blue hue with pantone = 646 C.

What's a 'pantone'?:eek:

PS I actually know the answer to that question , a colour code created circa 1962 in CarlStadt, but I'm not sure what the relevance to Excel is.:)
