Identifying Trends within a Date Range

Hi there folks - wonder if someone can help me with something. I am not the greatest Excel user ever - after all these years! - so would appreciate any pointers with this.

I have a spreadsheet where I am wanting to see if I can pick up trends within various categories of data.

So, this is just a snippet of the data, but I am wanting to see if I can identify where a responsive visit took place within 5 days of a planned visit.

BTW - Please excuse the UK date format.

I wonder if there is a way of highlighting these, by way of capturing this in a graph, so I can then summarize within a pivot. Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.
