Hi All,

I was planning to create a macro/ conditional formatting for the specific data below. Appreciate if you could help on this.

The table below is a sample of what I will be talking about it.
Highlighted in Yellow is need to be added
Highlighted in Green is the total
Highlighted in Blue is needed to be exclude including the total

In this case, we will be totaling up the cell which is in yellow (ABC, DEF and another GHI), but there is a duplicate DEF total, which second time DEF (R8 & R9) & DEF TOTAL (R10) will need to be excluded in the first total and will transfer to a new sheet.
Same goes to the Blue cell GHI (R11 - R13) including the GHI total (R14) will transfer to a new sheet.

I tried to delete all the total and move the blue color to another sheet, and total it up again. But then the second DEF will unable to identify, as the total that differentiate it will be deleted.

Let me know if you have any idea on created a macro/ formula/ any ways for it.

Thanks,

Best regards,
Khai
