Hey guys, Is it posssible to to have an excel spreadsheet with data, have it go to a specific website and enter the info. Here is an example.

My webpage has a login section
I would like for the script to ask for login info via input box's and enter it into the username and password field.

From there, upon loading to a new webpage I need the webpage to look at info in excel and input and submit on the webpage.

I would appreciate any help or direction.

Thanks

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Assuming you mean for your web page to read an Excel file on the server as a type of database, you will need to use a scripting language such as ASP or PHP, and ADO to get at the data. If you are using Win2k or above, chances are you have IIS installed, in which case http://www.planetsourcecode.com will help, search ASP/VBScript for Excel ADO, should get you some samples.

Similarly, if you have Apache and PHP installed, it's the same principals there, just a different language.

You should be able to get all this working on your local machine, before deploying to your web server.
