If a cell in a range is less than -1000

Hi,

I am trying to write a formula into a cell to write "Warning" if there are any cells in a range "A5:A10" is below "-1000" or "OK" if there is not.

I also want the cell to change to red if Warning is written and green if OK.

Does this make sense. I am pretty sure it will be an easy formula, but I just can't get it to work.

Any help would be really appreciated and I thank you in advance.

=IF(MIN(A5:A10)<-1000,"Warning","OK")
