What's the range to look in?

What result do you want? TRUE/FALSE? Yes/No? Something else?

Hello, one more question please - is there a difference between these 2 lines of code?

WorksheetFunction.CountIf(input_data_range_row,adjusted_date_cell)

WorksheetFunction.CountIf(input_data_range_row.value,adjusted_date_cell.value)
