I've created a manpower worksheet. In the cell for each week I have a simple formula =total hours/# of weeks. So I know the average # of hours per week - works just fine.
I will be over-riding the formula and typing in hours I think that discipline will be working on the job for the next few weeks. I want to know if I've typed over the formula or not using conditional formatting.
Typical formula is =IF($J5<CP$3,0,$E5/$H5), if the end date is less that the active week's date, then 0, else divide total hours by total weeks.
I've tried
"format only cells that contain" - "specific text" - "beginning with" - "=". doesn't work.
"format only cells that contain" - "specific text" - "containing" - "$". doesn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. There's got to be something simple I'm not seeing.
