Can anyone help please?

=IF(COUNTIFS(N6,">0",C6,"*CDITT*"),WORKDAY(N6,-Info!$J$12,FigWork!$B$18:$B$25),IF(COUNTIFS(N6,">0",C6,"<>*CDITT*"),WORKDAY(N6,-Info!$E$12,FigWork!$B$18:$B$25),0))

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Do you mean this?

=IF(N6>0,IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("CDITT",C6)),WORKDAY(N6,-Info!$J$12,FigWork!$B$18:$B$25),WORKDAY(N6,-Info!$E$12,FigWork!$B$18:$B$25)),"")
