IF AND EXCEL Formula

I need help with an excel IF/AND Formula:

If E3 AND F3 = 0 then put in "-", if not then (E3-F3)/D3

Thank you.

Sort by date Sort by votes
Try; IF(E3+F3=0,"-",(E3-F3)/D3 ) If neither can be negative OR

IF(AND(e3=9,F3=0),"-",(E3-F3)/D3)
