Hi

I have the below formula

=IFERROR(IF((AND(K11="BT",L11="New Sale")),"1"),0)

I'm trying to get it to count when 2 cells have the above and when it doesn't meet it just presents a zero.

I've tried this and it still generates a FALSE error.

Any idea where I might be going wrong?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(K11="BT",L11="New Sale"),1,0)

Every IF function has 3 arguments:
- the condition to check
- what to return if true
- what to return if false

If you leave off the third argument (like you did), it will default to return FALSE, if the condition is not met.
There is no need for an IFERROR on this formula.

without the if
N.B. True evaluates to 1 and False evaluates to 0

=--AND(K11="BT",L11="New Sale")
