IF AND NOT...

Similar to a question not far below i guess - but this is driving me mad!!

I have a group of data d5:d9 in which i want an if statement to produce either "no charge" or "ok" dependant on the following

if sum(d6:d9)>0 AND d5>0 result "ok"
if sum(d6:d9)>0 AND d5=0 result "no charge"
if sum(d6:d9)<=0 AND D5=0 result "ok"

i have tried the following which is close but no cigar:

=IF(AND(SUM(D6:D9)>0,D5>0),"ok",IF(AND(SUM(D6:D9)>0,D5=0)>0,"no charge",""))

i cannot work out how to fit in the OR statements.

=IF(AND(SUM(D6:D9)>0,D5>0),"ok",IF(AND(SUM(D6:D9)>0,D5=0),"no charge",IF(AND(SUM(D6:D9)<=0,D5=0),"ok")))
