IF AND OR Enquiry

Good Morning All,

Quick question if possible.
I have an If/OR formula as below

=IF(OR($J$12="Name1",$J$12="Name2",$J$12="Name3",$J$12="Name4"),"Complaint- Advocate Coaching Document","Complaint - Manager Coaching Document")

This checks a name and changes the header as needed.

I now need to add another variable in but am unsure how to do it.

I have a cell reference ("J11") that can has a list in . I need to change the a comment in a cell as above if it shows "Quality Coaching - Process" it shows "Observations & Discussions - ( Please document a full overview of the process you have checked )" instead of "Observations & Discussions - ( Please document a full overview of your coaching session )"

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
