IF(AND(OR Statement with Vlookup included

Hi Mr Excel User community!
Need a little help her with an IF statement with Vlookup Looking for the result in column C. Logic blow the table

Thanks!

	A	B	C
1	Employee	Product	Result
2	Blank	Software	No Name Software
3	Blank	Services	No Name Services
4	Joe Smith	Services	Joe Smith
	If Employee name has no value (i.e. Blank) and Product
	equals Software, then code as "No name Software"
	and if Emplyee name has no value and product equals Services
	then code as No Name Services Otherwise Vlookup employee name
	and code the result from the vlookup table

Try this;

=IF(A4="","No Name "& B4,VLOOKUP(A4,Names!A2:A3,1))

where 'Joe Smith' resides in a sheet called Names.
