Hi

I'm struggling with the below formula:

IF(AND(OR(K4="Call Quality",L4="Call Quality")),AZ4=1),1,0)

Basically if AZ is 1 AND k4 or l4 read call quality, I want the formula to insert 1, else 0.

Seem to be struggling with the syntax! Any help is appreciated.

Seems there is a unnecessary parenthesis after the OR function
= IF(AND(OR(K4="Call Quality",L4="Call Quality"),AZ4=1),1,0)

brain isn't working today

=if(and(k4="Call Quality",az4=1,AF4,0)),if(and(l4="Call Quality",az4=1,ak4,0))

is this formula even possible? if's seem to be my achilles heel!! give me an sql to write anyday lol

amended and now producing #VALUE

any ideas why?
