Thanks for quick replied

I just added a label on each column. i want to have a result on column H where my scenario. The main is column "E" order.

Line 1 "E" ZERO order : Result no demand
Line 2: "E" order 20 and C is not enough to cover but have 10 in "B" prod. : Result in process
Line 3 : "E" order for 15 but zero on "C" : Result Need to order
Line 4 : "E" zero order but have plenty in Finish Good : Result Healthy stock
Line 5 : "E" zero in order (15 "F" suppose to be ..I forgot) and Balance "G" -15 ; Result Pulled beyond

I think you missed my point. What would go in column H if the data was as I showed in my rows 7 and 8?

Sorry .. Yeah I did missed your point..
7 & 8 result will be both "IN PROCESS"

Why?
Both Column "E" orders are for 20 and i don't have enough in Column "C" finish product.

I'm struggling a bit with row 7 being "In progress". In that row, as I understand it, Total would be 15, which isn't enough for the Order of 20 so why isn't the result "Need to order" like row 4 which also fits the blue description.?

ROW 7 will be : Need to Order since only 15 total i have while the order is 20

Thanks for clearing that up. Try this formula, copied down. You will just have to fill out the text parts as I have just used abbreviations
