Welcome to the board...
A1 = Cell #1
B1 = Cell #2
Put this formula in B1
=IF(AND(ISNUMBER(A1),A1>0),A1*10,"")
That will multiply A1*10 (do a calculation) if A1 is a number > 0,
If A1 is NOT a number > 0, it returns Blank ""

A1 = Cell #1
B1 = Cell #2
