if cell contains specific text how to make a pop up window or even image - formula only (no macro)

Hi all,

In my workbook if column D contains the word "Action" I would like a pop up box to appear with a message.

As the workbook is going on sharepoint which does not execute macros the solution must be formul based.

Is this possible?
