Column A contains Dates
Columns C D and E are numerical.
Formula in E5: =D5-C5
Formula carried down.

For example, if D10 and C10 are blank, E10 shows "VALUE"

My requirement: E10 should show the result only if BOTH cells D10 and E10 are ">=0"
