How can I apply 3 conditions with IF command

In cell A1 current date 18/08/11
In column B different dates

I want formula in column C with the following conditions

if B1 = 30/01/00 than show "Date not available"
if B1 =< A1 than show "Over due"
if B1 > A1 than show "Not yet due"

D1 has the 30/01/00, that makes it less hardcoded. (you could even more take out the constants out of the formula, and use helper cells - if you want).
