I'm betting this will be an easy one for somebody...

Column A has a list of our Fiscal Quarters (2015-Q1, 2015-Q2, 2015-Q3, etc.)
Column B has the start date of that quarter
Column C has the end date of that quarter

Like this;
Column A Column B Column C
2015 - Q1 12/29/2014 2/27/2015
2015 - Q2 2/28/2015 5/29/2015
2015 - Q3 5/30/2015 8/28/2015
2015 - Q4 8/29/2015 11/27/2015

I need a formula that would give me the correct Fiscal Quarter, if I typed in any date in E1. So if I typed in 4/20/2015 in E1, it would give me "2015 - Q2" in F1. If I typed in 8/30/2015 in E1, it would give me "2015 - Q4"

Thanks in advance for your help!
