If equal to or greater than display $30

Hi Team,

Looking for a little help with this one. I'm trying to figure out a single formula that would allow me to have the below table.

The setup is that C1 = $30 and anything over a 55% I'm looking at having displayed as $30 from C5 to C8 and anything less than would be zero.

I'd really appreciate any help i could get with this please.
