I have a list of 220 work types. I thought I might use this to create a lookup table.

I have a report that lists all current projects and I am only interested in some of these work types.

Is there a formula or code that would delete an entire row of the report for any work types which was marked no or false in the lookup table.

I will need to run this report weekly and it varies in length each week.

I thought about storing this in a macro along with whatever else I do with this report. It's still in the planning stages...

Thanks for any ideas or help you can offer.

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
You can change this macro to suit your needs.
Code:
Sub Delete()
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
     Dim LR As Long, i As Long
LR = Range("H" & Rows.count).End(xlUp).Row 'change H to suit your column
For i = LR To 1 Step -1
    If Range("H" & i).Value = "no" or Range("H" & i).Value = "false" Then Rows(i).Delete
Next i
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
