IF formula: "Help" hasn't helped

I hope this question isn't too dumb, but:

I'm trying to write an IF formula at cell D24, where, if D6="YES" and D8, D9, D10 & D11 are all numbers greater than 59, D24 will read "YES". Otherwise, D24 will read "NO".
It seems like this should a be fairly simple formula but Excel's "Help" hasn't.

=IF(AND(D6="Yes",COUNTIF(D8:D11,">59")=4),"Yes","No")

=IF(AND(D6="Yes",MIN(D8:D11)>59),"Yes","No")
