IF formula: "Help" hasn't helped

I hope this question isn't too dumb, but:

I'm trying to write an IF formula at cell D24, where, if D6="YES" and D8, D9, D10 & D11 are all numbers greater than 59, D24 will read "YES". Otherwise, D24 will read "NO".
It seems like this should a be fairly simple formula but Excel's "Help" hasn't.
