if formula help please

hi you lovely helpful people

im trying to build some formulas to work out my invoicing for me ive got this so far =(P2/5*O2)*AK2 to get the figure but can i add in to this if cell M2 "Hire" do this calculation if M2 "Sale" just return the figure in cell P2

=if(M2="Hire",(P2/5*O2)*AK2,P2)
