if formula needed

Hi, can anyone help?

I need a formula that will return a simple yes or no to the question of is one cells data in one table duplicated in another table?

Hope that makes sense?

Hi

=if(countif(secondtablerange,cell),"Yes","No")

where secondtablerange is the range that covers the "another table" in the above description, and cell is the address of the cell in question in the first table.
