I need a formula to find out the following: if D2=B2 return nothing; if D2 is different than B2, return D2; AND if #D2 is blank, return blank.

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

Welcome to the Board!

Try:
Code:
=IF(OR(D2="",D2=B2),"",D2)
